HUTS INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3 days for hosting purchases and there is 0 refund for domain orders once the payment is made. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the service has recieved a warning for usage of any kind by us.
- We do not provide any kind of cancellation or refund on monthly plan of hosting / vps / server as well as on domain purchases. Only yearly hosting purcahses come in the criteria of refund and cancellation as mention in this policy.
- In case of any kind of technical error please report to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the team has checked and determined the same at our own end and were unable to fix the issue within 24 hours of the complaint. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the HUTS INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ ll take 16-30 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
